How to find Quality Prospects for your Business

First off, what is a quality MLM prospect? Simply put, a quality MLM prospect is one who is interested in becoming part of your network and not just that, but is also motivated in working to bring more people in the network. Now, there is no measuring system to find out which of your prospects are quality and those that aren't, but there are definitely some indications that you need to watch out for.

Keep one thing in your mind. If you are stuck with a lot of low-quality prospects, they will simply waste your time. Even after chasing them for a while, they will not be interested in joining your network, probably due to certain preconceived notions. If you have such prospects around you, you should give them a miss if you have other prospects that you can try out. Even if these prospects do join, they will usually not be of any constructive help. They will not try determinedly to bring in new people. This is simply because they are themselves not convinced about the whole thing, so how can you expect them to convince others? Such prospects are best left alone.

So what are the secrets of finding high-quality prospects? For that, you need to do an analysis of the prospect either before you meet them or when you meet them for the first time. You have to try and find out certain things about them, some of which pertain to their personality traits.
See whether they are open to change. MLM requires open-mindedness. People with a clamp-like narrow-minded approach will be detrimental to your pursuits. You could directly ask them how comfortable they are with change.
Check out what kind of a base the person has. The base refers to the social group of people that they move around with. If a person is a part of a club, for example, or a business leader, it is a great idea to have them in your network because they can influence others. Such people will also be open to change.
You could also see how willing the person is to put in some hard work and effort. See how convinced they are about the MLM idea. If these factors are positive, you could be sure that this person would be an asset to your network.

Most importantly, check out their personality. If they are easygoing, friendly and have an inspiring and motivating personality, you may have a gem on your hands. It would give a new lease to their life and would be a great boost to your network too. On the other hand other personality typoes do thrive well in network marketing too, and the required skillset can be aquired. It is not impossible.

I hope you find this useful. Please feel free to leave your thoughts or questions you may have about this topic, or other topics related to network marketing.
